Digital Delivery Policy
Last Updated: September 2, 2026
Typical delivery target: Usually instant, up to 2 hours when additional review is required
At Nexa Cards, we provide digital products including gift cards, game top-ups, digital codes, and other gaming-related digital products.
Because these products are delivered electronically rather than physically shipped, this Digital Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, delivered, verified, and handled in the event of delays or fulfillment issues.
1. Digital Products Only
Nexa Cards primarily sells digitally delivered products.
Depending on the product purchased, fulfillment may include:
- A digital gift card or activation code.
- A direct game or account top-up.
- Digital currency or in-game credit.
- A digital subscription or gaming-related entitlement.
- Another electronically delivered digital product clearly described on the product page.
No physical product will be shipped unless explicitly stated otherwise on the applicable product page.
2. How Digital Delivery Works
After you place an order, the normal fulfillment process may include:
- Payment authorization and confirmation.
- Automated security and fraud screening.
- Additional verification where required.
- Product fulfillment through Nexa Cards inventory, an authorized supplier, distributor, or applicable service provider.
- Digital delivery to your Nexa Cards account, order page, email address, or directly to the game or platform account information provided during checkout.
The exact fulfillment process may vary depending on the product.
3. Delivery Times
Many eligible digital orders may be processed shortly after successful payment confirmation.
However, delivery is not guaranteed to be instant.
Processing times may vary depending on:
- The product purchased.
- Payment confirmation.
- Supplier or publisher processing.
- Product availability.
- Fraud-prevention screening.
- Manual security review.
- Incorrect or incomplete customer information.
- Technical or third-party service interruptions.
Any delivery estimate displayed on a product page, checkout page, or order confirmation is an estimate unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4. Payment Confirmation
Order processing generally begins only after payment has been successfully authorized or confirmed by the relevant payment provider.
A payment that is:
- Pending;
- Under review;
- Declined;
- Reversed;
- Incomplete; or
- Awaiting confirmation
may delay or prevent fulfillment.
Nexa Cards is not responsible for delays caused solely by a customer's bank, card issuer, payment provider, or payment network where applicable. For additional payment information, please review our Payment Methods.
5. Automated and Manual Fulfillment
Some products may be fulfilled automatically.
Other products may require:
- Manual processing.
- Supplier confirmation.
- Publisher processing.
- Additional account information.
- Security verification.
- Human review.
A manual review does not necessarily indicate that there is a problem with the order. Reviews may be performed as part of our fraud-prevention and customer-protection procedures.
6. Security and Transaction Review
To protect customers and Nexa Cards from unauthorized payments and fraudulent activity, some orders may be temporarily held for additional review before delivery.
Our review may consider information such as:
- Transaction characteristics.
- Order value.
- Account activity.
- Payment information.
- Device and browser information.
- IP address and approximate location.
- Previous order history.
- Billing information.
- Product type.
- Other fraud-risk indicators.
Where reasonably necessary, we may request additional information to verify the transaction before fulfillment.
Failure to complete a required verification may result in delay or cancellation of the order. For additional information about transaction security and fraud controls, please review our Safety, Security & Fraud Prevention page.
7. Gift Card and Digital Code Delivery
Gift cards and digital codes may be delivered through one or more of the following methods:
- The customer's Nexa Cards account.
- The order details page.
- The email address associated with the order.
- Another secure digital delivery method indicated during checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their email address and account information are accurate and accessible.
Once a valid digital code has been successfully delivered, customers should protect the code from unauthorized access.
Digital codes should not be shared with third parties unless the customer intentionally wishes to transfer or gift the product.
8. Direct Game Top-Ups
Certain products are delivered directly to a game account, Player ID, User ID, character, server, or other account identifier provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for checking all information before submitting the order.
This may include:
- Player ID.
- User ID.
- Character ID.
- Server.
- Region.
- Platform.
- Account identifier.
- Other information required for fulfillment.
Once a top-up has been successfully credited to the information provided by the customer, it may not be technically possible to reverse or transfer the transaction.
9. Incorrect Customer Information
Nexa Cards is not responsible for delays or incorrect delivery caused by inaccurate information submitted by the customer.
Examples include:
- Incorrect email address.
- Incorrect Player ID.
- Incorrect server.
- Incorrect account identifier.
- Incorrect region.
- Incorrect platform information.
Customers should carefully review all order information before completing payment.
If you discover an error before fulfillment, contact Nexa Cards Support immediately.
We will attempt to assist where possible, but changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has started.
10. Product Region and Compatibility
Certain digital products are restricted by:
- Country.
- Region.
- Currency.
- Platform.
- Account location.
- Publisher requirements.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description and confirming compatibility before purchase.
Nexa Cards may display region information, redemption instructions, or compatibility notices to help customers select the correct product.
A product successfully delivered as ordered is not considered incorrectly delivered solely because it is incompatible with an account or region selected incorrectly by the customer.
11. Order Status
Depending on the order, you may see statuses such as:
- Pending.
- Processing.
- Under Review.
- Completed.
- Delivered.
- Failed.
- Cancelled.
- Refunded.
A Completed or Delivered status generally means that the digital product has been successfully fulfilled or made available to the customer.
A Processing or Under Review status means fulfillment has not yet been finalized.
Depending on the product type, delivery is generally considered complete when a digital code becomes accessible to the customer, a direct top-up is successfully credited to the supplied account, a subscription or digital entitlement is activated, or the applicable fulfillment system confirms successful delivery.
12. Delayed Orders
Occasionally, an order may take longer than expected.
Possible causes include:
- High order volume.
- Supplier delays.
- Publisher maintenance.
- Payment-provider delays.
- Product availability changes.
- Technical interruptions.
- Security verification.
- Manual processing.
If an order is delayed, Nexa Cards may continue attempting fulfillment while the order remains active.
Customers may contact support for an update if their order has not been delivered within the expected timeframe shown at purchase, where applicable.
13. Out-of-Stock or Temporarily Unavailable Products
In some cases, a product may become unavailable after an order is placed.
If fulfillment cannot be completed within a reasonable period, Nexa Cards may:
- Attempt to restock or source the ordered product;
- Offer an equivalent alternative with the customer's agreement;
- Cancel the unfulfilled order; or
- Issue a refund in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We will not intentionally substitute a materially different product without customer consent.
14. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails because of an issue within Nexa Cards' fulfillment process, our support team may investigate the order.
Depending on the circumstances, we may:
- Retry fulfillment.
- Correct the delivery.
- Provide a replacement product.
- Cancel the order.
- Issue an appropriate refund.
Refund eligibility is determined in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
15. Invalid or Non-Working Digital Codes
If a delivered digital code appears invalid or does not work, customers should contact Nexa Cards Support before making repeated redemption attempts.
We may require evidence including:
- Screenshots or screen recordings.
- The exact error message.
- Redemption platform.
- Date and approximate time of the attempted redemption.
- Information provided by the applicable publisher or platform.
Where necessary, Nexa Cards may verify the code with its supplier or the relevant publisher.
Confirmed defective products will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
16. Already-Redeemed Codes
If a code appears to have already been redeemed, customers should contact Nexa Cards Support immediately.
We may investigate:
- Whether the code was valid when supplied.
- When the code was redeemed.
- When the code was delivered to the customer.
- Supplier or publisher records.
- Relevant order and delivery records.
A replacement or refund may be provided where verification confirms that the code was unusable before it was delivered to the customer.
17. Delivery Evidence
For security, customer support, fraud prevention, and dispute handling purposes, Nexa Cards may maintain records related to digital fulfillment.
These records may include:
- Order number.
- Product purchased.
- Payment status.
- Fulfillment status.
- Delivery timestamp.
- Customer account information.
- Email delivery records.
- Supplier transaction identifiers.
- Top-up or fulfillment confirmation.
- Security and transaction-review information.
These records may be used to investigate customer claims or respond to payment disputes where appropriate.
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
18. Email Delivery
Customers should ensure that the email address associated with their Nexa Cards account or checkout information is correct.
If you expect to receive a digital product or order notification by email but do not see it, please:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Confirm that the email address entered is correct.
- Check your Nexa Cards account or order page.
- Contact Nexa Cards Support if assistance is required.
Failure of an email notification alone does not necessarily mean an order was not delivered if the product is available through the customer's account or order page.
19. Customer Responsibility After Delivery
Once a digital code or product has been successfully delivered, the customer is responsible for protecting access to it.
Customers should not:
- Publish digital codes publicly.
- Share account credentials.
- Send codes to unknown third parties.
- Provide codes to individuals claiming to represent Nexa Cards outside our official support channels.
Nexa Cards cannot normally replace a valid product that was lost, disclosed, transferred, or used by another person after successful delivery unless required by applicable law.
20. Third-Party Platforms and Publishers
Some products depend on third-party publishers, platforms, distributors, suppliers, or service providers.
Nexa Cards does not control the availability, maintenance schedules, redemption systems, or processing infrastructure of those third parties.
Temporary third-party outages may delay fulfillment or redemption.
Where a third-party issue prevents fulfillment for an unreasonable period, Nexa Cards will review the order and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.
21. Fraudulent or Abusive Orders
Nexa Cards reserves the right to delay, cancel, or refuse fulfillment where we reasonably believe an order may involve:
- Unauthorized payment activity.
- Fraud.
- Payment abuse.
- Account compromise.
- False information.
- Refund or chargeback abuse.
- Violation of our Terms & Conditions.
- Other activity presenting a significant security or financial risk.
Any refund resulting from such cancellation will be handled according to the circumstances of the transaction, applicable payment-provider requirements, and applicable law.
22. Delivery and Refunds
Delivery status may affect refund eligibility.
For example:
- An unfulfilled order may be eligible for cancellation.
- A failed delivery may qualify for reprocessing, replacement, or refund.
- A successfully delivered and valid digital product is generally final.
- An incorrectly delivered or defective product may qualify for review.
For complete information, please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
